Maintenance - Cleaner
Remuneration: Annual salary commencing at $65,013.00, plus up to 13% superannuation

What we are looking for:
- Operate tools and equipment efficiently and safely adhering to Safe Work Method Statements(SWMS) to ensure satisfactory completion of assigned duties.
- Perform supervised tasks associated with litter removal including the collection of litter from bins, sweeping and collection of litter in the vicinity of bins, cleaning and maintenance of litter bins and removal of dead animals and dumped rubbish from council controlled reserves and carparks.
- Programmed cleaning and servicing of BBQs throughout the region.
- Cleaning of spillages and adhered material from roads and pedestrian areas.
- Collection and disposal of debris, spills, litter and dead animals.
- Removing litter, debris, silt and other foreign materials from pits and drains which could cause flooding and damage or potential damage to property or persons.
Essential Requirements:
- Ability to contribute to provide excellent customer service and respond positively and professionally to internal and external customers, including shop and business owners and their customers.
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
- Ability to work as part of a team, be a team player and contribute to workplace improvements, programs and team discussions.
- Some experience in working in outdoor field involving municipal maintenance or related activities.
- Construction Industry White/Blue card.
- Queensland ‘C’ Class driver’s licence that is current and maintained.
