Senior Contracts Manager (Superintendent) - The Senior Contracts Manager serves as the Superintendent, administering contracts, including those based on the Australian Standards (AS4xxx series). This role acts as the strategic contracts' adviser for a wide range of Council infrastructure delivery contracts, ensuring alignment with the Council's Capital Works Program. Senior Project Manager (Buildings & Open Space) - As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage and coordinate the delivery of capital infrastructure programs and projects, with a primary focus on Buildings and Open Space. You will ensure these projects meet quality standards and are managed efficiently, within scope, time, and budget, in accordance with the Council’s Project Management Framework. In this role, you will provide strategic program and project management advice to key stakeholders and manage direct reports, including a Project Manager and ad-hoc consultant resources. Senior Project Manager (Water & Civil) -As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage and coordinate the delivery of capital infrastructure programs and projects, primarily focusing on Water and Civil. You will ensure these projects meet quality standards and are managed efficiently, within scope, time, and budget, in accordance with the Council’s Project Management Framework. Project Manager* - Manage and deliver capital infrastructure programs and projects, focusing on Buildings and Open Space.
